Job Description

Pre-Sales & Sales Support:

Track and manage leads using a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot). Support sales team in managing communication with prospective clients. Maintain customer databases and ensure records are up to date.
Booking & Documentation:

Assist in the booking process and handle customer documentation (KYC, agreements, etc.). Coordinate with legal and sales teams to ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
Customer Engagement:

Act as the point of contact for customers post-booking. Provide updates on construction progress, payment schedules, and possession timelines. Arrange site visits and handle customer queries.
Payment & Collection Follow-up:

Monitor payment schedules and follow up on dues. Send payment reminders and coordinate with finance teams.
Handover & Possession:

Manage the possession process and coordinate with technical teams. Ensure snags/issues are resolved before handover. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
Complaint Resolution:

Log and resolve customer complaints or service requests. Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, accounts, legal) for resolution.
CRM System Management:

Maintain and update the CRM software. Generate reports for management review (e.g., customer feedback, pending payments, etc

Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate) CRM certifications or experience with tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms 5-10 years of experience in real estate, construction, or customer service roles
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
