We are looking for a proactive and data-driven CRM Manager to lead customer relationship strategies across the real estate lifecycle--from inquiry to post-possession. This role is central to enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing communication, and driving repeat and referral business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end customer journey using CRM tools--from lead capture to post-sale engagement
Ensure timely and personalized communication with prospects and buyers via email, SMS, and WhatsApp
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, preferences, and interaction history
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and site teams to ensure smooth handovers and customer updates
Track and report on lead conversion, customer satisfaction, and service metrics
Implement automation workflows for follow-ups, reminders, and feedback collection
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalation management with empathy and efficiency
Support loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and post-possession engagement initiatives
Candidate Profile
5-8 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or financial services
Strong command of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or real estate-specific tools)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret customer data and behavior
Experience in managing large customer databases and segmentation strategies
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with RERA compliance and documentation workflows
Experience in multilingual customer communication (Marathi, Hindi, English)
Exposure to customer journey mapping and CX design
