We are a leading real estate developer seeking an experienced

CRM Manager

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the CRM team and ensure efficient management of customer relationships, deliver top-notch customer service, and ensure smooth post-sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire CRM team to ensure all customer-related tasks are handled efficiently. Handle the entire post-sales process, including agreements, collections, registrations, and handover. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer queries and resolve escalations. Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, legal, and finance for smooth execution of processes. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics and take necessary actions for continuous improvement. Oversee the completion of project handovers, ensuring all customer requirements are met. Prepare periodic reports and provide insights on customer interactions, performance, and satisfaction. Drive the implementation of CRM tools and software to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy. Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory bodies.

Qualifications & Skills:

A minimum of 8+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably in real estate or a related industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM tools and software. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
