We are a group of companies head office based in Lucknow, U. P. working on pan India in Banking and Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Information Technology, FMCG as more than 20 industries and having a team of more than 3,000 employees.

We are seeking for a Male or Female candidate who can communicate with our franchises

over call

for solving their problems and other matters.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Permanent resident or native of Lucknow residing in surrounding area of Alambagh, Lucknow will prefer for interview.

Must

have

MBA

degree with specialization of

Marketing.

Fresher are welcome.
Job role and responsibilities:-

To make communication with our Pharma Franchise & Finding out their problems. Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them. Reminder Calls to our Pharma Franchise regarding every month's offers. Should be tried to address their problems and follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved. Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department. Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.

Salary- Rs.20,000 - 25,000/- + incentive (negotiable) + PF + others
