Hospital CRM Manager

Role Summary



Responsible for managing

patient relationships, follow-ups, feedback, and complaints

, ensuring a smooth patient experience from enquiry to post-treatment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities



Manage patient relationships across OPD, IPD, and specialty services

Handle patient enquiries, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations

Collect and resolve patient feedback and complaints

Coordinate with doctors, nursing, front office, billing, pharmacy, and housekeeping

Monitor patient satisfaction and improve service quality

Maintain and update CRM / hospital systems

Prepare basic reports on patient follow-ups and satisfaction

Lead and supervise CRM / patient relations team

Requirements



Graduate (any discipline; healthcare background preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?26,000.00 per month
