Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and organized

CRM Manager

to join our real estate team as a

Channel Partner

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, driving lead conversions, and maintaining a robust CRM system to support sales efforts. This role involves coordinating between developers, internal sales teams, and channel partners to optimize the customer journey from lead acquisition to closure.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and update the CRM database (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or proprietary CRM) to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting. Handle incoming real estate leads from various sources and assign them to the appropriate sales executives or partners. Monitor the lead lifecycle and ensure timely follow-ups to drive conversions. Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners by providing timely updates and resolving queries. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and feedback tracking. Generate regular reports and analytics on lead performance, sales funnel status, and customer engagement. Ensure post-sale documentation, payment tracking, and customer hand-holding are handled smoothly. Work closely with developers to stay updated on project inventories, pricing, offers, and customer feedback. Drive improvements in CRM practices to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years of experience in CRM roles, preferably in the real estate sector or a channel partner environment. Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Knowledge of local real estate market trends is a plus.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in managing high volumes of leads and clients. Knowledge of lead scoring and nurturing strategies. Ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders - developers, clients, and sales teams. Must have experience working with channel partners
