Key Responsibilities
Meet potential clients and deliver professional project presentations.
Explain project features, pricing, location benefits, and documentation clearly.
Conduct site visits and guide customers throughout the visit.
Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead updates.
Handle client queries and provide accurate information about the project.
Maintain daily sales reports, follow-up trackers, and update CRM.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement.
Required Skills & Experience
1-4 years of Real Estate Sales experience (mandatory).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Confident personality with the ability to influence customers.
Experience in giving project presentations and conducting site visits.
Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
Good understanding of real estate documentation and basic terms.
Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp communication, and basic CRM tools.
Qualification
Graduate / MBA preferred.
