We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented CRM - Home Loan Executive who will be responsible for assisting property buyers with home loan processes, coordinating with banking partners, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the loan approval cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in understanding home loan options and selecting suitable financial institutions.
Coordinate with banking partners for document processing, eligibility checks, and loan disbursement.
Maintain strong post-sales relationships with home buyers throughout the loan journey.
Follow up regularly for documentation, approvals, and application status.
Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams regarding loan progress.
Resolve queries related to loan processing, interest rates, offers, etc.
Maintain CRM database for tracking leads and conversions.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Knowledge of home loan products and banking processes.
Ability to manage multiple clients with attention to detail.
Negotiation and coordination skills with banks/NBFCs.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
