role description:

the CRM will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and driving long term loyalty. the role requires someone with a strong understanding of client relationships management, a passion for client success, and experience in the IT/branding/marketing sectors

client relationship management

client retention and engagement

collaboration and coordination

reporting an analysis

requirements:

proven experience as a CRM

excellent communication and interpersonal skill

ability to understand and anticipate client needs and translate them into actionable solutions

strong problem solving skill and a proactive approach to client issues

detail oriented with organizational skill

knowledge of branding, marketing and packaging services
