Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls related to
service appointments, follow-ups, and feedback
Ensure
post-service follow-up
and capture customer satisfaction scores (CSI)
Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with service team for closure
Maintain and update customer data in CRM system accurately
Track service reminders, retention calls, and repeat visit conversions
Support BMW customer experience and brand standards
Prepare daily / weekly CRM and CSI reports
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (any discipline preferred)
1-3 years experience
in CRM / Customer Care (Automobile preferred)
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software)
Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills
