Roles & Responsibilities

Query Handling

: Respond to and resolve tenant/owner queries via phone or email.

Customer Engagement

: Call property owners to onboard their properties by explaining FlatX's benefits and offers.

Reporting

: Prepare daily reports on queries, resolutions, and feedback.

Promotion

: Promote FlatX's features, including 360-degree video tours.

Data Privacy

: Ensure strict confidentiality of customer data as per company policy.

Salary

: 10,000 to 15,000/month (Job Offer On successful completion)
