About the Role

As a

CRM Intern

, you will support the Customer Experience team in resolving customer queries, coordinating across departments, and maintaining high service standards. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist customers via multiple channels with professionalism Maintain records, track tickets, and coordinate with internal teams Support CRM tools and dashboard-related tasks Follow-up with users for resolution and feedback Contribute ideas to improve CRM processes and user satisfaction

Who Can Apply

Fresh graduates -

Pharma background is a plus but not mandatory

Strong

communication in Hindi and English

is a must Willing to work in evening hours as per CRM coverage Proactive, detail-oriented, and quick to learn

Pay: ?12,090.45 - ?15,153.78 per month
