Key Responsibilities:
Handle and maintain the company website
Attend and manage customer calls
Respond to emails and provide necessary follow-ups
Coordinate with agents and provide support
Maintain and update daily and monthly reports
Assist in ticket cancellation and cargo booking cancellation processes as needed
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to coordinate with team members and work collaboratively
