Key Responsibilities:



Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Hindi. Respond to inbound queries and provide outbound support for CRM-related concerns. Understand and document customer requirements for CRM enhancements and updates. Make outbound calls to inform customers about CRM updates and collect feedback. Collaborate with the development team by preparing detailed process flow documents. Provide consistent support and ensure smooth CRM implementation.

Required Qualifications:



Minimum: Graduate in any discipline

Desired Skills & Attributes:



Hands-on experience with any CRM system (implementation or support). Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn new skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and a go-getter attitude. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment. Comfortable working in both voice and non-voice processes.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
