Make outbound calls to inform customers about CRM updates and collect feedback.
Collaborate with the development team by preparing detailed process flow documents.
Provide consistent support and ensure smooth CRM implementation.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum: Graduate in any discipline

Hands-on experience with any CRM system (implementation or support).
