We are hiring a CRM Executive - TPA (Male candidates only) to support queries, supporting TPA claim procedures, and traveling locally for client servicing.

Act as the on-site CRM representative for TPA-related health insurance claims.
Resolve employee queries about policy coverage and health insurance claims.
Guide corporate employees in using the claims submission app.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for corporate clients.
Collect, verify, and forward documents required for claim processing.
Coordinate with ICICI Lombard's TPA and internal claims teams for quick settlements.
Follow data privacy and health insurance compliance protocols.
Travel locally twice a week for branch visits and client interactions.
Candidate Requirements:

Male candidates only (due to client visits and frequent travel requirements).
Graduate in any stream.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the TPA or health insurance industry.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Willingness to travel within Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Delhi, based on posting.
