We are seeking a dedicated
CRM Helpdesk - Claim Processing Executive
with a strong background in health insurance. The candidate will be responsible for providing claim support and resolving customer queries at the client location.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a CRM implant for claim support at the corporate client office.
Resolve customer queries related to policy coverage and health claim procedures.
Guide employees in using the claims app for claim submission and tracking.
Serve as the primary SPOC for employees via calls and emails for assigned corporates.
Collect, verify, and dispatch claim documents as per corporate requirements.
Coordinate with internal claim teams at ICICI Lombard to ensure smooth cashless and priority claim processing.
Stay updated on health insurance regulations, policy terms, and compliance requirements.
Handle confidential data with responsibility and follow data protection guidelines.
Travel between branches (twice a week) to support customer queries and documentation.
Requirements
Minimum 6
Month of experience
in the Health Insurance Industry (mandatory).
Graduate
in any stream.
Strong
English communication skills
(mandatory).
Good understanding of health insurance claim processes.
Customer-service oriented with the ability to handle queries professionally.
