Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Senior CRM Manager

to lead customer relationship management strategies, enhance client satisfaction, and drive customer retention in the

construction and real estate

sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM processes, customer lifecycle management, and post-sales operations within real estate or construction companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

CRM strategies

to enhance customer experience and loyalty. Oversee

post-sales processes

, including documentation, agreements, payments, and possession handovers. Manage customer

queries, grievances, and escalations

, ensuring timely resolution. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve service standards. Coordinate with

sales, legal, finance, and project teams

to ensure smooth transactions. Optimize CRM tools and software for efficient data management and reporting. Drive

customer engagement initiatives

, loyalty programs, and relationship-building activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience

in

CRM

within the

construction or real estate

industry. Strong knowledge of

post-sales operations, documentation, and legal formalities

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and problem-solving

skills. Hands-on experience with

CRM software and tools

. Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Strong analytical skills to derive insights from customer data.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing

customer loyalty programs

. Familiarity with

RERA

and other real estate compliance regulations. Proficiency in

MS Office, CRM platforms, and ERP systems
