Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the CRM team to ensure high performance and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor daily operations of CRM executives and provide guidance where required.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Analyze customer feedback and sales reports to identify improvement areas.
Train and mentor team members to improve sales techniques and communication skills.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and management teams.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in CRM team handling.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work under pressure with a result-driven approach.
Immediate joining availability preferred.
