Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

CRM Head

with a strong background in the

manufacturing or industrial sector

. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end customer relationship operations, complaint handling, order management, lead management, and billing & invoicing. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with CRM tools to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain smooth communication with customers and respond to queries promptly. Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently. Develop and execute

customer relationship management campaigns

to increase loyalty. Identify efficient customer interaction approaches and optimize communication channels.

Order Management:

Track from order placement to fulfillment, dispatch, shipping, and follow-ups.

Lead Management:

Manage lead generation, segmentation, qualification, scoring, and conversion. Coordinate with internal departments to improve customer interactions. Monitor competitors' customer relationship practices. Handle warranty management and coordinate with technical teams. Implement strategies to expand the customer base, including upselling and cross-selling. Manage billing and invoicing processes.

Mandatory Criteria



Minimum

11 years of experience

in

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

in

Manufacturing or Industrial Industry

. Proficient in

MS Office

(Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong

complaint handling and resolution

skills. Experienced in

order tracking, billing, and invoicing

. Skilled in

lead management

and customer relationship optimization.
