Key Responsibilities:

o Operational Coordination: Monitor and manage all operational workflows--from steel procurement to purchasing, dispatch, and beyond. Track tasks across the supply chain and ensure timely execution at every stage.
o Process Tracking ("Down the Line"): Maintain oversight throughout the supply chain--track the journey of materials or orders from initiation to completion, ensuring no step is missed or delayed.
o Order & Dispatch Documentation: Prepare, manage, and maintain all relevant documentation including purchase orders, dispatch notes, delivery confirmations, etc.
o CRM System Management: Log and maintain customer/client interactions, order details, preferences, and statuses in the CRM system in a structured, up-to-date manner.
In short : WhatsApp Group Management: Oversee and facilitate 200-300 WhatsApp groups for stakeholders, clients, and internal communications; share updates, track discussions, and engage participants effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

o A years of experience in CRM, sales coordination, or operations within the building materials industry (e.g., steel, construction supplies).
o Comfortable handling a high volume of WhatsApp group communication with professionalism and discretion.
o Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
o Excellent verbal and written communication--comfortable liaising across multiple teams and client groups.
o Experience using CRM software or platforms to manage interactions and operational data.
o Familiarity with load-out procedures, dispatch coordination, and associated documentation.
