Role Overview:
The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and tracking all customer enquiries related to
B2B clients, project sales, tenders, dealers, and distributors
. This role focuses on
accurate record keeping, systematic follow-ups, internal coordination, and customer communication
, ensuring that no enquiry or business opportunity is missed.
Key Responsibilities:Enquiry Management
Receive and handle enquiries from multiple sources related to B2B, projects, tenders, dealers, and distributors.
Accurately enter, update, and maintain all enquiry details in CRM systems and Excel.
Classify enquiries based on category (B2B / Project / Tender / Dealer / Distributor).
Coordination & Follow-ups
Coordinate with sales, projects, and internal teams for quotations and next actions.
Track enquiry stages such as new, under discussion, quoted, or closed.
Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for internal teams to avoid delays.
Customer Communication
Share basic updates with customers regarding enquiry status when required.
Maintain professional and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date customer and enquiry records.
Prepare and share daily and weekly enquiry status reports.
Support management with accurate CRM data and insights.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
MBA / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Operations -
Preferred
Experience Required:
2-4 years of experience in
CRM, sales coordination, or customer handling roles
Prior exposure to
B2B sales, project sales, tenders, or channel sales
is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
