Dear Job Seeker, We are hiring CRM (Female) for vikaspuri location for Lift & Elevator company. Position - CRM (Female) Experience - 3 to 7 yrs Salary - 25k to 40k Location - Vikaspuri s: Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for all communications related to their projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
- Manage project schedules and provide timely updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify potential issues and work with the team to find solutions that meet or exceed the client\'s expectations.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and developments, including new products and services, to provide clients with relevant information.
- Utilize Google Sheets to manage and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Create visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint to convey data and project progress to clients and internal teams.
