We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven CRM to join our team, focusing on generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales and Follow up with hospital management teams. The successful candidate will leverage CRM software, Excel, and PowerPoint to optimize sales performance and conduct meetings with hospital decision-makers.

CRM Executive Responsibilities-:

Generate leads and conduct outbound calls to hospital management teams.

Utilize CRM software to track interactions, analyze sales data, and optimize sales strategies.

To Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Tem for any Support Required.

Develop and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations to showcase services.

Use Excel to track sales performance, create reports, and analyse data.

Perform strong follow-ups to ensure timely closures and build long-term relationships.

Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand. Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities. Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people. Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organisation and its customers.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
