Proven experience in client or customer relationship management, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
Proven experience in money recovery from debtors/clients.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
Develop a deep understanding of company products and services to better assist clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to address customer needs effectively.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve experience.
Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and feedback.
Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within the client base.
Address and resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to work from the Kamla Nagar corporate office.
