Day shift: 9:30Am to 6:30Pm

Please find the key responsibilities mentioned below for the CRM Department position:

Key Responsibilities:

a. Order processing, material follow up with the factory, follow up with transporter for on time material delivery. Payment follow ups,

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

b. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

c. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

d. Provide product/service information and support.

This role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about building positive customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
