We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive / Senior Executive to manage and enhance our customer relationship management processes. The role involves ensuring a superior client experience, managing post-sales services, and coordinating across departments to ensure timely possession, documentation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

Act as the primary contact for customers; provide advice to customers on our products offered by the company, handle queries related to payments, documentation, and project status; perform follow-ups and resolve complaints promptly.

Sales & post-sales Coordination:

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, accounts, projects) to ensure smooth documentation and formalities. Organize meetings for agreement signings, site visits, and possession.

CRM System Management:

Maintain updated records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho); track customer journey; generate reports on interactions, payments, and feedback.

Payment & Documentation Follow-up:

Send payment reminders and follow up on outstanding dues. Coordinate for KYC, agreements, registrations, and legal documents.

Customer Engagement & Retention:

Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. Conduct satisfaction surveys and suggest service improvements.

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM software. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Attention to detail and good organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients
