Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely collection of payments and issue reminders.
Manage customer interactions and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
Address client queries, concerns, and follow-ups efficiently.
Maintain and update CRM software (Pinga) with customer data.
Coordinate with sales, legal, and accounts teams for document processing.
Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Min 2-7 years of experience in CRM, customer service in real estate.
Strong communication, relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Pinga) and MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple clients and resolve issues promptly.
A customer-centric and problem-solving approach.
