CRM Executive / Sr. CRM Executive
to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely collection of payments and send reminders as required.
Manage customer interactions and provide a seamless post-sales experience.
Address client queries, concerns, and follow-ups promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update CRM software (Pinga)with accurate customer data.
Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Accounts teams for documentation and process completion.
Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
Qualifications & Skills
2-7 years of experience in CRM or customer service within the real estate industry.
Strong communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably
Pinga
) and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple clients and resolve issues efficiently.
Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
