Job Requirements





Key Responsibilities



Data Integration & System Management



Coordinate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure daily data refresh from EDW to AWS and that processed data is accurately updated in Salesforce. Monitor daily and weekly batch jobs related to data transfers and data processing. Ensure Salesforce data integrity, consistency, and availability.

Reporting & Dashboards



Ensure all Salesforce reports and dashboards (including Retail Sales BIC reports) are updated daily before store business hours. Validate reporting accuracy and timeliness for business users.

Change Management & Development



Gather business requirements for new developments or enhancements. Create Change Request (CR) documentation and communicate clearly with the support and development teams. Track and manage CRs across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and AWS environments. Ensure timely delivery and quality implementation of enhancements. Support development and deployment of CRM features and Salesforce reports.

Stakeholder Collaboration



Act as a liaison between business, IT, and product teams to ensure schedules and quality standards are met. Provide regular updates on project status and issue resolution. Mentor and guide team members to build a culture of continuous improvement.

Training & Support



Conduct training sessions on Partner Community and Salesforce usage for store staff. Provide real-time troubleshooting support to resolve user queries via helpdesk systems (e.g., ACE support). Reduce turnaround time (TAT) by proactively diagnosing and resolving issues.

Documentation & Process Improvement



Maintain detailed documentation for CRs, workflows, and processes. Continuously improve operational processes for system stability and user experience.

Objectives of the Role



Ensure seamless daily data flow across EDW, AWS, MuleSoft, and Salesforce. Deliver enhancement requests within defined timelines and quality standards. Improve CRM adoption through effective training and support. Reduce issue resolution time through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting. Maintain high accuracy and availability of dashboards and business reports. Enable continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and mentorship.


Work Experience





Education



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Technical Skills



strong understanding of Salesforce CRM. Exposure to AWS, EDW systems, and MuleSoft integrations. Experience handling reports, dashboards, and data pipelines. Knowledge of Change Management and Agile / Scrum methodology.

Soft Skills



Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT teams. Leadership and mentoring capability. * Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
