Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end client communication and relationship building.
  • Handle client concerns and escalations with promptness and professionalism.
  • Ensure high levels of customer retention through service excellence.
  • Provide timely issue resolution and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service deliver
Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Candidates with relevant experience in client handling, client service, or CRM will be preferred.
  • Fresh MBA or Graduates (Marketing or HR) are welcome to apply -- especially those keen to grow in a B2B business environment.
  • Must have a willingness to travel for client meetings and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication skills, along with analytical thinking and business acumen.
  • A pro-active mindset with a passion for achieving business targets and delighting clients.
