- Ranchi (Work From Office) Monday to Saturday.

Manage client relationships from order placement to payment collection, ensuring satisfaction through prompt support and after-sales service. Address queries, gather feedback, and resolve issues or escalate as needed to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline .

Work Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, or a related field.
