Handle inbound & outbound calls for window sales enquiries
Explain uPVC / aluminium window products, designs, and benefits
Generate leads and schedule site visits / appointments
Follow up with customers and maintain CRM records
Coordinate with sales and design teams for closures
Achieve monthly calling and lead conversion targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
Experience in window, construction, or interior sales preferred
Basic knowledge of CRM / calling software
Target-oriented and customer-friendly approach
