CRM Executive
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
CRM Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in maintaining client records, handling communication professionally, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments such as sales, accounts, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update client data in CRM / Google Sheets.
Communicate with clients regarding order status, payments, and delivery updates.
Coordinate between sales, accounts, and logistics departments for smooth operations.
Handle client queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional manner.
Follow up on leads and maintain long-term client relationships.
Prepare and share client summary reports and order updates.
Support management in maintaining client satisfaction and after-sales service.
Required Skills & Qualities:
Excellent communication and coordination skills (Hindi & English).
Good command over MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism.
Organized and detail-focused individual with multitasking ability.
Strong follow-up and reporting skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
