We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
CRM Executive
to manage client relationships, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth communication between customers, sales, and production teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving customer satisfaction and retention in our paper cup manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups through calls, emails, and CRM software
Maintain and update customer records, pricing, order history, and feedback
Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
Track order status and proactively inform customers about dispatch and delays
Resolve customer complaints, quality issues, and service requests professionally
Support the sales team in repeat business, upselling, and customer retention
Prepare customer reports, sales follow-up lists, and daily CRM updates
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for service improvement
Maintain long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and corporate clients

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
