Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Client-handling and relationship management experience
Basic understanding of
sales, operations, or account management
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)
1-4 years
of experience in Client Relationship / Account Management
Experience in service-based organizations is an added advantage
