Job Title:

Client Relationship Manager

Job Role & Responsibilities:



Act as the

primary point of contact

for assigned clients Build and maintain

strong, long-term relationships

with clients Understand client requirements and ensure

timely and effective service delivery

Coordinate with

internal teams

(Sales, Accounts, Operations, Support) to meet client expectations Handle

client queries, concerns, and escalations

professionally and promptly Monitor client satisfaction and work on

retention and renewal

strategies Identify

upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Prepare and share

client reports, updates, and performance reviews

Ensure compliance with company processes and service standards Maintain accurate

client records and communication history


Required Skills:



Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities Client-handling and relationship management experience Basic understanding of

sales, operations, or account management

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Qualification & Experience:



Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)

1-4 years

of experience in Client Relationship / Account Management Experience in service-based organizations is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?10,451.04 - ?25,120.28 per month

Work Location: In person
