Job details:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve queries. Provide timely support and assistance to senior team members in business development activities. Maintain and update customer databases, records, and reports accurately. Follow up with clients/customers to strengthen relationships and ensure repeat business. Assist in identifying potential customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education: B.Com or equivalent graduate degree.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a call center / customer service environment.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good typing speed and accuracy.

Personal Skills:

Ability to engage and handle customers effectively.

Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Team player, supportive in business development tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
