Qualifications & Skills:
Education: B.Com or equivalent graduate degree.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a call center / customer service environment.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Personal Skills:
Ability to engage and handle customers effectively.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
Team player, supportive in business development tasks.
