We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth by addressing client needs, resolving concerns, and enhancing their overall experience with our products/services.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Regularly follow up with clients to strengthen engagement and trust.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM System.
