Order to Delivery Coordination

Clarifications & Follow-Ups

Payment Follow-Up & Support

Client Communication & Record Keeping

Complaint Handling (if any)

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in CRM or customer service or telecalling is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
