Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused CRM Executive who is fluent in Tamil and Malayalam to manage customer interactions, maintain CRM records, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communication, resolving customer queries, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer calls, emails, and messages in Tamil and Malayalam. Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and service requests. Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams for smooth resolution. Ensure timely and accurate customer communication. Prepare daily/weekly CRM and call reports. Maintain professionalism and a positive brand image at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Fluency in Tamil and Malayalam (mandatory). Good communication skills in English and Hindi (preferred). Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Customer-centric approach with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile:



Experience in CRM / Customer Support / Call Center role. Retail, service industry, or B2C experience is an added advantage. Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).

CTC:

As per company standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
