Manage and maintain customer data in CRM systems
Allocate and track leads received from various sources
Coordinate site visits between sales team, channel partners, and clients
Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
Support sales team throughout the booking and closing process
Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and sales reports
Track lead aging, conversion ratios, and customer engagement metrics
Coordinate with builders, channel partners, and internal teams
Assist in documentation, booking forms, and agreement coordination
Follow up on payment schedules and post-sales customer queries
Ensure CRM data accuracy, process compliance, and SOP adherence
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
CRM operations in real estate
Lead management and sales funnel understanding
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in
CRM tools
(Salesforce / Zoho / LeadSquared / In-house CRM)
Good command over
MS Excel
and Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and manage high lead volumes
Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience:
1-4 years
in CRM / Sales Coordination (Real Estate preferred)
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience in handling
developers, brokers, and channel partners
Knowledge of property sales lifecycle is an added advantage
