Handle incoming calls, walk-ins, and customer inquiries professionally
Maintain and update customer records in CRM software
Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation and follow-ups
Prepare and manage all customer-related paperwork and documentation
Assist in booking forms, agreements, and registration documents
Coordinate with legal and accounts teams for smooth documentation
Maintain proper filing (soft & hard copies) of customer documents
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Ensure timely follow-ups and high customer satisfaction
Resolve customer queries and provide post-sales support
Required Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Experience in real estate CRM will be an advantage
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / Undergraduate
