We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer queries, maintain customer data, ensure timely follow-ups, and support sales/service teams for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer calls, follow-ups & query resolution
Maintain CRM database & update customer records
Coordinate with sales/service teams for issue closure
Track leads, feedback & customer satisfaction
Prepare daily/weekly CRM reports
Ensure timely communication with customers
Handle escalations professionally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
