We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly
CRM Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer handling or sales support and should be able to communicate in
basic English
with customers over calls, messages, and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
customer calls, messages, and emails
professionally.
Maintain and update
customer details in the CRM system
.
Assist customers with
order updates, product details, and follow-ups
.
Coordinate with internal teams such as
sales, logistics, and accounts
for smooth order processing.
Build and maintain
good relationships with customers
to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Follow up with clients for
payments, feedback, and service-related queries
.
Prepare simple
daily or weekly customer reports
.
Support sales and marketing teams during
promotional campaigns
.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months to 1 year
of experience in customer service, CRM, or sales support.
Basic communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Knowledge of
MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software
(training will be provided if needed).
Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn new things.
