Coordinate with sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth
customer onboarding & documentation

Resolve client queries related to documentation, payment schedules, and project updates.
Assist in
post-sales customer service
, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Generate regular reports on CRM activities, client status, and compliance updates.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
Real Estate CRM / Customer Service / Documentation
.
Strong knowledge of
KYC process, RERA compliance, and customer data handling
.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM software, and basic Excel reporting
.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
Qualification:
Graduate in
Any Stream
(Commerce/Management preferred).
Additional certification in
CRM / Real Estate / Compliance
will be an advantage.
