We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
MBA fresher
to join our team as a
CRM Executive
. This role involves managing customer relationships, executing CRM campaigns, and supporting customer engagement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer database in the CRM system .
Support in planning, execution, and analysis of CRM.
Monitor and analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve experience.
Coordinate with sales, Project, and customer service teams to ensure smooth CRM operations.
Generate reports and dashboards for performance and customer metrics.
Maintain high standards of data hygiene and accuracy in the CRM system.
Help resolve customer issues by working with relevant departments and documenting interactions.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of CRM concepts and tools.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing, Operations, or related field (2024-2025 batch preferred).
B.tech (Mechanical / Electrical) or academic project experience in project coordination/management is a plus.
