PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
To attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Open customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Knowledge of 4QT software is must.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Graduate/Post graduate preferred.
Demonstrable competencies such as teamwork, conflict management, negotiation & excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
