About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Specialist/Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving collections, and enhancing client satisfaction through effective CRM strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.Track, organize, and nurture leads from multiple channels including online portals, walk-ins, and broker/agent referrals.
Ensure all customer interactions and documentation comply with RERA regulations and guidelines. Manage collections and recovery processes, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of outstanding payments.
Draft customer-related documents, agreements, and maintain updated MIS reports. Conduct effective client interactions (in-person, phone, and email) to address queries and build strong, long-term relationships.
Maintain and optimize usage of CRM software (preferably 4QT) for lead management and reporting. Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure smooth flow of information and customer updates.
Desired Candidate
ProfileMinimum 3+ years of experience in CRM roles within the real estate industry.
Proven expertise in collections, recovery, and customer handling. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools/software (4QT knowledge preferred).
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
