Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture client relationships from inquiry to post-sale handholding.
Handle incoming leads through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Coordinate with the sales team for client site visits and follow-ups.
Maintain CRM database with accurate, up-to-date client records.
Ensure smooth communication between clients, sales, and operations.
Generate client feedback and work towards high customer satisfaction.
Assist in documentation, agreements, and after-sales support.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Real Estate CRM or Sales Coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
Proactive, organized, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
