Key Responsibilities

:

Design and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Lead, train, and manage the CRM team to ensure KPIs and customer service SLAs are met. Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on personalized campaigns. Oversee implementation and optimization of CRM tools and technologies. Develop dashboards and reports for management review. Handle escalations and high-value customer interactions directly.

Requirements

:

MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum 1-8 years of experience in CRM roles, with 2+ years in a managerial position. Expertise in CRM platforms ( 4QT, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.). Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Customer-centric mindset with a strong business orientation.

Pay: ₹11,622.71 - ₹30,105.34 per month
