Role Overview:





As a CRM Executive in the Digital & Outreach Cell, you are responsible for ensuring seamless lead management and enhancing student outreach through effective CRM practices. My role focused on optimizing the Lead Management System (NPF/Meritto) to streamline admissions, communication, and engagement processes.


Key Responsibilities:





Managed end-to-end program-based campaigns - from planning and execution to monitoring performance and reporting. Designed and implemented drip campaigns and workflow automations to nurture leads effectively and improve conversion. Maintain the confidentiality of the LMS system. Oversaw bulk lead uploads, segregation, and segmentation reports for targeted outreach. Drafted, designed, and deployed communication templates such as mailers, landing pages, and follow-up sequences. Handled form creation, master data management, and widget configuration for a smoother application journey. Configured and integrated toll-free calling solutions within the CRM system to enhance accessibility for students. Provided technical and operational support to counselors for resolving lead/application-related queries. Collaborated with the marketing team to align CRM strategies with digital campaigns, outreach drives, and admission goals.

Eligibility Criteria:







Experience:

1-3 years of experience in CRM management, lead management systems (NPF/Meritto preferred)

Skills Required:

+ Strong knowledge of CRM tools, lead nurturing workflows, and automation campaigns. + Proficiency in data management, segmentation, and reporting.
+ Familiarity with email marketing platforms, WhatsApp Marketing Platform, landing page builders, and form/widget integration.
+ Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
+ Understanding of call center/toll-free integrations and student query management.
+ Excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration.
+ Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
+ Tech-savvy mindset with adaptability to new digital tools and processes.
